Shipping: 1. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order from our warehouse. 2. All shipments are via UPS Ground unless the customer states differently. 3. We are capable of using UPS, FedEx, DHL as well. 4. All shipping charges are billed along with the invoice; all rates are standard UPS rates based on the weight of the package.
Returns: 1. All sales are final, there will be no returns accepted unless goods are damaged or defective. 2. Customer must report damaged or defective goods within 2 days of receipt of goods. .After the 2 day period no claims will be accepted. 3. Charge backs, if any, will be given upon receipt of goods. 4. No exchange is accepted. Customer must review orders prior to submitting the order. 5. Once fabric is cut, no return or exchange will be made.
